- Q: How do I change batteries in the readers?
- A: Remove the screws from the back of the reader to open the case. The reader requires 5 AA batteries.
- Q: Can the reader display temperature units in F?
- A: Yes, turn the reader on without connecting the logger to expose this menu option.
- Q: How do I add my company information to printed reports?
- A: Enter this information in rockware by selecting the Tools/Options menu item and enter the information under the printing section.
- Q: Can rockware display temperature units in F?
- A: Yes, Enter this information in rockware by selecting the Tools/Options menu item and change "TemperatureUnits"
